SHIPPING POLICY
At GoLens, we are committed to delivering your order quickly and safely. Please review our shipping policy below for important information about delivery times, costs, and procedures.
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday - Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options to the United States:
Standard Shipping
- Delivery time: 5-7 business days
- Cost: $5.99 (FREE on orders over $50)
- Tracking included
Expedited Shipping
- Delivery time: 3-5 business days
- Cost: $12.99
- Tracking included
Express Shipping
- Delivery time: 1-2 business days
- Cost: $24.99
- Tracking included
Note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
3. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including:
- All continental U.S. addresses
- Alaska and Hawaii (additional 2-3 days may apply)
- P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses
We do not currently ship internationally. International shipping may be available in the future.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive:
- Shipping confirmation email with tracking number
- Link to track your package in real-time
- Estimated delivery date
Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.
5. Shipping Restrictions
Please note the following restrictions:
- We cannot ship to freight forwarders or package forwarding services
- We cannot change the shipping address after an order has been placed
- We are not responsible for incorrect addresses provided by customers
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
Lost Packages
If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you have not received it:
- Check with neighbors or building management
- Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation
- Wait 24-48 hours (sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered early)
- Contact us if the package does not arrive within 48 hours
Important: GoLens is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. We recommend filing a claim with the shipping carrier for lost packages.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged:
- Take photos of the damaged packaging and item
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- We will work with you to resolve the issue (replacement or refund)
7. Customs and Duties
For domestic U.S. orders, there are no customs fees or import duties.
If international shipping becomes available, customers will be responsible for all customs fees, duties, and taxes imposed by their country.
8. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to:
- Incorrect address provided by customer
- Customer refused delivery
- Multiple failed delivery attempts
The customer will be responsible for:
- Original shipping costs (non-refundable)
- Return shipping costs charged by carrier
- Reshipping fees if customer wants the order resent
9. Order Modifications
Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee modifications or cancellations due to our fast processing times.
If you need to modify or cancel your order, contact us immediately at support@golens.store. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet shipped.
10. Holidays and Peak Seasons
During peak seasons (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, etc.), please allow additional processing and shipping time. We will notify customers of any expected delays via email or website announcements.
